Founder and Principal Partner
Bosco served the development sector as a senior leader for more than a decade. His exceptional skills in marketing and communication with an integrated marketing communication approach developed a learned experience about its epistemology not only as a philanthropic exercise but also ensuring service delivery patterns in terms of growth and sustainability. He also engages as a speaker for leadership development workshops demonstrating innovative fundraising ideas. Internationally certified as an Inspired Leader, he has nurtured an innovative transformational knowledge power house of character-rooted sustainable and consistent leadership learnings, disseminating the science of individual humane behavior patterns with a mission to holistically impact schools learnings, corporate culture and development philanthropy. He is competent in various disciplines including mentoring, discerning and asserting cognitive humane behavior patterns. Bosco lives in Mumbai, India. He loves reading, listening to music, meeting people and has traveled upcountry and internationally to integrate workable ideas.
Stephen D’souza

Stephen is an independent leader, awakener, motivator, vocalist, sound engineer. a certified musician and has developed a unique power communication concept called “The Voice In Me”. He has capitalized on his musical skill sets in playing the piano, keyboard, guitar etc. and has instituted, designed and delivered “Sound of Music”, an innovative Leadership Learning Workshop on understanding the behavioral patterns of successful musicians in Bollywood delivering effective live testimonials through power talk of eminent Bollywood musicians. He has extensive coaching experiences on dialogue and communication, engaging a mentoring culture that translates to transform the scope of an overall learning methodology through perception and experience. Stephen lives in Mumbai, India and possesses a joyful personality together with a willingness to express himself creatively and to integrate within the collective community. Stephen loves listening to music, singing, swimming, meeting people and travelling to soulful destinations around the globe.

Bidyut Kotoky
A winning film-maker and writer has made more than 100 short films. Bidyut’s documentary ‘The Mighty Ahoms’ was telecast on National Geographic and Fox History. His feature film ‘As the River Flows’ as writer/director won the best script and best actor award in the Washington DC South-Asian Film Festival and he also won ‘the best script award’ in the Assam State Film Award and ‘Audience Choice Award’ in North Carolina South-Asian film fest. ‘Guns and Guitars- a musical travelogue’ is selected as one of the top 100 documentaries by Color Tape International Film Festival – the largest festival of the Southern Hemisphere and has also won awards in other international film festivals including the prestigious International Film Festival of India (Goa). Bidyut’s journey is inspired by real-life cognitive psychology that has impacted individuals to re-discover the greatness in them. He lives in Mumbai, India and loves to hike, travel and blog.
Royston Soares
An accomplished, enterprising senior education professional in a leadership position, who uses leverage and multifaceted expertise to build educational institutions and organizations of repute benchmarked to global best standards. Royston is an award recipient for teacher of the year, effective teacher and innovative teacher during a sterling career of 32 years in the Middle East, New Zealand and India. He is honored with the prestigious <i>‘Asian Education Leadership Award’</i> at the Asian Leadership Summit 2015 in Dubai, U.A.E. for his outstanding contribution in the field of education. He has authored articles on character-rooted holistic education topics to the <i>‘Gulf News’</i>, a leading publication in the Middle East. Royston is engaged as a School Manager for Midmarket and Midmarket Plus Schools – Operations and Activities, Academy Plus at the Varkey Group, U.A.E. He loves reading, sports, meeting people and travelling the world.
Marie Lou Camaclang Ebriega
Marie Lou is a multi-faceted creative communication expert, writer, fashion designer, dressmaker as well as a multi-talented charismatic leader. She is recognized for her ability to transform complex ideas or information into simple, intelligent and effective knowledge products. Pro-actively involved in planning, branding, people development and culture-building initiatives she continues to advocate values-driven leadership-by-example. Graduated from the University of Philippines, alumni from Ateneo Centre for Research and Development and Slim’s Fashion & Arts School, she integrated with corporate houses such as FleishmanHillard and CID Inc. She pioneered a thesis on leadership, job satisfaction, and self-efficacy thus empowering her leadership role in organizational development. Marie Lou lives in Manila, Philippines and is inspired by the life of St. Teresa of Kolkata. She writes for global clients, blogs and makes custom clothes for family and friends. She enjoys early morning breakfast and brewed coffee with her husband and dreams to be an author.
Hanane Anoua
She is an International marketing consultant, Lecturer, Coach in soft skills, Keynote speaker and an author of several articles on personal development published in various magazines. After more than fifteen years of experience in marketing, strategy, and communication, Hanane re-directed her professional career into training and coaching in multi-cultural contexts with a focus on North & West Africa. Her great passion for change and continuous improvement contributed to her new path after several years of studies and research on subjects related to personal growth, leadership, and positive thinking. She has an MBA in general management from the International University of Casablanca, a Bachelor in Business Administration from Al Akhawayn University and Samford University in the USA. Hanane balances her casual time prioritising her responsibility towards her family and her passion for reading. She is settled in Morocco, Casablanca
